Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchases, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here is everything you need to know about our returns and exchanges process.

  • 1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Please complete the return form included with your order and send the item back to us following the provided instructions.
  • 2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • 3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, less a restocking fee of $15, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 3 business days.
  • 4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. Please complete the return form included with your order and send the item back to us following the provided instructions.

Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Return form: Complete the return form included with your order and send the item back to us following the provided instructions.
  • Prepare Your Package: Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your order number.
  • Ship Your Return: Send your package to U11, 30-32 Beaconsfield Street, Alexandria NSW 2015. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please allow 3 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse.
